Effective 01-01-2023: When scheduling your appointment online you will be required to hold the appointment with a credit card. Please review our cancellation policy prior to scheduling your appointment. Don't worry, your sensitive information is safe with us!

We understand that sometimes, there is no choice but to cancel your appointment.

If you find that you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please be aware you will automatically be charged a 50% cancellation fee at the time of cancellation.
